The Frenchtown School District 40 a.k.a. Frenchtown K12 Schools is requesting bids for a full replacement of access points, licensing, if applicable, and/ or controller, if applicable. The district wishes to compare pricing that include the equipment, licensing, if applicable, and/ or controller, if applicable, shipping and handling with the price that includes equipment, licensing, if applicable, and/ or controller, if applicable, and installation.
Requesting approximately 88 +/- Access Points, Meraki or equivalent. Must be compatible with existing Meraki systems.
The district is offering one non-mandatory site visit on 1/5/2023 at 10 AM MST. To ensure adequate resources are available for site visit, participants are requested to provide email notification to the technical contact, Nicole Jones at njjrwj@midrivers.com, no later than 5:00 pm MST on 1/3/2023. Notice to participate should include the company name, contact person for emergencies, contact phone number, contact email, and quantity of individuals wishing to participate in the site visit. Participants are requested to meet at the district office located at 17620 Frenchtown Frontage Road, Frenchtown, MT 59834.
